AGC Automotive Czech a.s. is recruiting 30 Glass Manufacturing Machine Operators in Bílina, Ústí nad Labem Region, Czechia. These are full-time positions in a continuous operation, with 12-hour shifts and work performed standing up. Pay starts at CZK 30,000 per month. The vacancy is listed for the Employee Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided. Responsibilities include setting up equipment such as CNC machines, robots and encapsulation presses, approving the first piece, and focusing on quality. Operators work with preparation lines, printing equipment, furnaces, lamination equipment, final production lines and industrial robots. Production areas include laminated windscreens, tempered side windows, laminated side windows, automotive replacement glass (ARG), and operations that attach additional components.
