Engagement Manager

Adastra Business Consulting, s.r.o. is hiring an Engagement Manager for one full-time position in Prague, Czechia. The role involves contributing to external and internal company projects and publication activities. Internal project work includes participating in client interviews, developing hypotheses, conducting analyses and proposing solutions to assigned problems. Responsibilities include building client relationships, negotiating project terms and identifying client needs. You will contribute to company projects, prepare methodologies, research selected topics and help develop products and processes to meet clients’ future needs, including contributing to functional and technical specifications. The role also includes presales activities, preparing business proposals and sales opportunity reports, and maintaining CRM records. You will plan implementation and lead projects and strategic initiatives, identify project risks and potential, propose solutions and take responsibility for delivering assigned projects on time. Regular reporting to clients and the project manager is required. The monthly salary starts at CZK 70,000, and a meal allowance is provided. The vacancy is listed for an Employee Card.
