Senior Construction Site Manager

STAVIREZEK s.r.o. is looking for a Senior Construction Site Manager in Nové Město nad Metují, in the Hradec Králové Region of Czechia. You will take responsibility for assigned construction projects from foundations to handover, with an understanding of high-quality cast-in-place concrete construction. Your duties will include managing projects from commencement to handover; coordinating employees, subcontractors and suppliers; monitoring work quality under inspection and test plans, schedules and budgets; communicating with clients, designers and technical supervisors; maintaining construction documentation; and overseeing compliance with workplace safety requirements. Applicants must have secondary education in construction with a school-leaving examination, experience as a site manager or project manager, ideally in cast-in-place concrete structures, and the ability to interpret design and technical documentation. Knowledge of formwork systems is required, with experience of Doka, Framax, Peri or similar systems an advantage. You must hold a category B driving licence and be an active driver, with the ability to work independently, strong organisational skills and a responsible approach. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with flexible working hours and a gross monthly salary of CZK 50,000–80,000 depending on experience and results.
