About Us
Restaurant Indiase Keuken is a welcoming restaurant located in Utrecht, the Netherlands. We prepare a wide variety of South Asian dishes, including hot meals, curries, grilled dishes, oven-baked specialties, breads, and traditional desserts. Job Responsibilities
- Independently prepare and process ingredients
- Prepare and present a variety of hot dishes
- Apply cooking, grilling, and oven-baking techniques
- Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and innovation
- Manage stock levels and place orders
- Work in accordance with HACCP and hygiene regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to kitchen assistants

Requisiti
- MBO Level 3 (Dutch vocational education) or an equivalent level of education and professional competence
- Knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong teamwork skills
Cosa offriamo
- Full-time employment
- Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000, depending on education and experience
- Employment conditions in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality Industry Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO)
