IT Business Services Principal Consultant

SAP Services s.r.o. is hiring an IT Business Services Principal Consultant in Prague, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift role with one vacancy and a salary starting at CZK 125,000 per month. You will be responsible for designing, standardizing and optimizing global financial processes. Working with finance, business and IT teams, you will implement process and system changes, including automation and the use of artificial intelligence tools. Responsibilities also include analyzing business requirements, supporting transformation projects, preparing process documentation and training users. You will ensure financial processes comply with global standards and support continuous improvement of processes and system solutions. Candidates must have a university degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field, and at least five years of experience in finance and financial processes in an international environment. Knowledge of financial processes and SAP ERP functionality is required, along with experience managing or supporting projects, including planning and implementing changes. Knowledge of process management and modeling, and experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, are advantages. Advanced spoken and written English, excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are required.
