Descrizione
BREADWAY a.s. is hiring 10 full-time Dough Mixers in Prague, Czechia. Duties include preparing and mixing dough according to specified recipes and monitoring the fermentation and proofing process.
The role also involves checking the quality of ingredients, semi-finished products and finished baked goods, and maintaining the relevant documentation.
Work follows a two-shift pattern with 12-hour morning and night shifts, alternating between short and long working weeks. Monthly pay ranges from CZK 37,000 to CZK 41,000. Benefits include meal vouchers and 25 days of annual leave.
