Customer Liaison Specialist (M/F)

Faurecia Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring a full-time Customer Liaison Specialist in Písek, South Bohemia, Czechia. The role involves maintaining customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact for quality-related matters. Responsibilities include ensuring validation of all changes according to customer requirements, preparing audit documentation, participating in customer audits, communicating with other plant departments, particularly production, and managing sampling for new products or product changes. A technical education is required, along with knowledge of quality tools, the ability to read technical documentation and strong communication skills. English is used daily in this role, and the ability to communicate in German is a significant advantage.
