Project Team Coordinator

LEGO Production s.r.o. is hiring Project Team Coordinators in Kladno, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. There are 40 full-time positions available, with monthly pay of CZK 35,000–40,000. The role supports the organization by coordinating smaller production improvement projects and working closely with production teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and process stability. Applicants must have a basic knowledge of Czech, the ability to work independently and the ability to learn quickly. Experience operating machinery is an advantage. Work involves 12-hour shifts in a continuous operation, following a pattern of two day shifts, two night shifts and four days off.
