Gatehouse Attendant

M&M Object Security s.r.o. is recruiting gatehouse attendants for buildings, construction sites and other premises across Prague, Czechia, with five positions available. Full-time and part-time work is offered, predominantly part-time. Monthly pay starts at CZK 11,200 for part-time work and CZK 22,400 for full-time work. The vacancy is listed for Employee Card applicants; pay for these applicants must meet the conditions for issuing the card. The work is mostly physically undemanding and includes recording people and vehicles entering and leaving. Workplaces have barriers, turnstiles or chip-based access systems, and some locations involve more patrols. An experienced colleague provides step-by-step training. Day and night shifts of 4, 6, 8 or 12 hours can be planned flexibly. Applicants should be people with disabilities or receiving a disability pension, aged at least 18, with a clean criminal record. Basic education, willingness to learn, determination, reliability and a pleasant manner are required. The employer offers security experience, stable employment with regular monthly income, guaranteed pay plus supplements under the Labour Code, flexible scheduling and opportunities for career progression.
