We have a position available within our Bakery Team at our Haslemere bakery (GU27 1DN).
This is a full-time, permanent position within the company. 5 shifts a week evening work (varies with seasonal requirements).
Necessary skills include:
Weighing and mixing of bulk bread, use of a Mono Mk2 dough divider and plant system.
Use of Deck ovens.
Good hand moulding and table work are essential skills.
Use of pastry brake/sheeter
Finishing of simple confectionaries.
Cleaning and Hygiene skills
Good solid core bakery skills are an absolute necessity.
Excellent hygiene and pride in work are also essential for this role, as is a hard working responsible mature attitude, to fit in well with the current team.
Flexibility and ability to cover any sickness/holiday where necessary is important to this job and our company.
