- Communication with department heads and understanding true hiring needs and requirements to candidates (writing job descriptions of employees, creating a profile of the position, initiating a review motivation, etc.)
- Participation in the opening of new restaurants (working with the staff schedule, full staffing, working with the mentors, budgeting, internship control, evaluation, adaptation)

- Onboarding of new employees, ensuring team members have everything necessary for comfortable work and growth
- Diagnostics of personal motivation, development of proposals for optimization of the personnel motivation system
- Audit and testing staff for knowledge of the menu and standards
- Regular monitoring of the labor market, initiating the revision and rising of salary, motivational programs for restaurant staff
- Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
- Budgeting
- Initiated most of the processes and programs within the company related to people: Project Coach (at the launch stage), development of employees, work with a staff reserve and so on.
- Participation in the optimization of the management company structure
- Control of labor discipline and emotional climate of the company
