• Full recruitment cycle for the head office and mass selection for restaurants (search through various media sources, conducting pre-screen interviews and filtering them, personal assessment interviews, make a psychological portrait of candidates, make recommendations)
• Communication with department heads and understanding true hiring needs and requirements to candidates  (writing job descriptions of employees, creating a profile of the position, initiating a review motivation, etc.)
• Participation in the opening of new restaurants (working with the staff schedule, full staffing, working with the mentors, budgeting, internship control, evaluation, adaptation)
• Rotation of staff
• Onboarding of new employees, ensuring team members have everything necessary for comfortable work and growth
• Diagnostics of personal motivation, development of proposals for optimization of the personnel motivation system
• Audit and testing staff for knowledge of the menu and standards
• Regular monitoring of the labor market, initiating the revision and rising of salary, motivational programs for restaurant staff
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates

• Initiated most of the processes and programs within the company related to people: Project Coach (at the launch stage), development of employees, work with a staff reserve and so on.
• Participation in the optimization of the management company structure
