HID Czech s.r.o. is seeking an RFID Technical Specialist in Prague, Czechia. This full-time, single-shift position offers a monthly salary of CZK 110,000–130,000. There is one vacancy. The role involves providing technical support to customers and business partners implementing and integrating RFID technologies and products, analyzing and resolving technical issues during hardware and software deployment, and offering expert advice on RFID system integration, testing and operation. Responsibilities also include preparing technical documentation, application guidelines and training materials, delivering technical training and presentations to customers, partners and internal staff, and collaborating with development and product teams on customer technical requirements. You will support the implementation of embedded devices and related technologies, verify solution compatibility, test systems and assist in resolving escalated technical incidents. The position involves communicating with international customers and partners in English, as well as occasional business travel within Czechia and abroad. Requirements include advanced English for daily communication, knowledge of hardware and software system integration, and experience in technical support and troubleshooting. Knowledge of RFID technologies and programming skills in C/C++ or Python are advantages.
