Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring an Adobe Solution Architect in Prague, Czechia. This full-time, single-shift position offers CZK 171,000–196,650 per month. Work with business teams and global business units to understand their requirements and marketing needs, translating them into Adobe solutions that improve customer experience and internal processes. Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Adobe marketing products, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target. Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts, providing technical guidance and support. Establish and maintain architectural standards and best practices for Adobe solutions, ensuring scalability, performance and security. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing and external suppliers, to deliver integrated solutions. Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing Adobe implementations to identify areas for improvement. Keep up with the latest Adobe technologies and industry trends and promote innovation within the organization. An annual holiday allowance is provided through Flexi Pass vouchers at CZK 1,000 per month, rising to CZK 2,000 in December.
