Finance Director

EKOL, spol. s r.o. is seeking a Finance Director in Brno, South Moravian Region, Czechia. This is one full-time position with a single-shift schedule and pay starting at CZK 75,000 per month. The role is responsible for the company's economic and financial affairs and for managing and leading its finance department. Duties include helping implement company directives and internal regulations, checking the accuracy of documents handled by the finance department, and arranging, recording and monitoring company financing. The Finance Director prepares the annual plan and its breakdown, forecasts financial results and compares them with the annual plan. Further responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of accounting statements, accounting for internal costs and managing company cash flows. The role reports to the General Director on the company's financial performance, provides commentary on financial results, prepares comparative analyses and supplies supporting information for the consolidated financial statements. Applicants must have a working knowledge of English and Chinese to communicate with the group and the company's managing directors, and at least higher vocational education.
