Kompan Czech Republic s.r.o. is recruiting two full-time Sales Support Specialists in Brno, South Moravian Region, Czechia. The monthly salary is CZK 45,000–48,000. You will be the first point of contact for customers and external partners by phone and email, supporting Area Sales Managers throughout the sales process, from lead handling to customer follow-up. Responsibilities include verifying, qualifying and assigning new sales opportunities to the relevant sales representatives, tracking leads, quotations, orders, invoices and payments, and maintaining customer and sales data in the CRM system. You will handle sales administration, ensure data quality, prepare quotations, sales documentation and order confirmations, and monitor customer orders to support smooth processing. You will work with customers to resolve queries about orders, deliveries and other requests, coordinate cooperation between the sales team and other company departments, and contribute to improvements in sales support processes and administrative procedures.
