Mark2 Corporation, M2C FM, s.r.o. is recruiting one Maintenance Technician in Klášterec nad Ohří, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position paying from CZK 45,000 per month. The vacancy is open to foreign applicants under the Employee Card scheme and is suitable for people with no health restrictions or with health disadvantages. Accommodation is not provided. Responsibilities include overall property management and maintenance, electrical installation work, maintenance of heating, gas and air-conditioning systems, routine repairs, replacements and installations, and work at height. Applicants must have passed the electrical competence examination under Czech Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. Requirements also include manual and technical skills, vocational or secondary education with training in plumbing, heating, metalworking or electrical work, and a criminal record extract. Certification for stationary pressure vessels (TNS) and familiarity with the technical specifications of managed buildings and their systems, including ventilation, electrical systems, fire protection, fire alarms, and smoke and heat extraction, are advantages.
