Our private company in netherlands develops and commercializes proprietary cold filtration systems for the beverage industry. Our cold filtration systems significantly extend the shelf life of our customer’s products — giving them global reach with minimal processing. 

The position

We are looking for an extremely talented engineer to help us in revolutionizing the market for fresh fruit juices, coconut water and (organic) milk. With a young team of 15 highly intelligent left-brainers we have developed a truly unique technology, which we implement at production sites across the world, depending on the application.

Our Engineering Team designs, develops and implements our core filtration technology. Our multi-disciplined team has extensive knowledge of material science, fluid dynamics, semiconductor technology, mechanics and thermodynamics. In close cooperation with New Product Development, production partners, third party engineering companies and external experts our engineers conceive our technology from drawing board to commercial production. Your responsibilities will be to design and improve the processes executed by our plants; implement these features in the control software; and maintain the control software with the end users in mind.

You bring a solid academic background in physics (MSc or PhD), experience with programming, and you combine theoretical skill with endless curiosity and the drive to make it work, no matter what. You are able to work independently, and usually you get things done in half of the time and where others say it’s impossible. You have experience with programming in C# and PLC languages like Structured Text or have the ambition to learn on the job combined with external training.
