We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for the Mladá Boleslav and Kvasiny areas

Requirements for the applicant:

• Secondary technical school / apprentice school with GCSE
• Experience in the maintenance position is an advantage
• Manual skill
• Possibility to work in a 24/7 dual-shift system - 4 days early change (6:00 - 18:00), 4 days off, 4 days night change (18:00 - 6:00), 4 days off. .
• The ability to work in a team / team spirit
• Analytical thinking
• Good orientation in technical documentation - electrical schemes, engineering drawings, pneumatic schemes ...
• The will to learn and to develop professionally
• Basic IT knowledge (MS office, outlook ...)
• In case of electro profile, Decree 50 / §5
• Welding license, license to drive VZV is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of PLC Simatic S7 - program reading, diagnostics is a big advantage

Duties:

• • • Ensuring smooth and trouble-free operation of the automated warehouse for small crates
    • Main warehouse components: Rack stackers, conveyors, robots, automatic labeling machines, ...
    • Operational maintenance and support of the logistics team (leveling jammed crates, removing excess material from crates ...)
    • Regular maintenance of equipment (inspection, lubrication, adjustment, tuning, cleaning ...)
    • Equipment repairs (replacement of damaged parts, adjustment sensors ....)
    • Collection and preparation of data to evaluate and prepare reports
    • Reporting

Rough salary benchmark:

• • • 27.000, - 40.000 CZK – depends on working experience

Offered benefits (valid after 3 month trial period):

• • • 5 days of extra leave => 25 days of leave per calendar year
    • 13 salary paid with November payment t.z. in December
    • Meal vouchers with a nominal value of 110 CZK without additional charge

Pension insurance:

• • • by 1% of gross salary for 7 to 24 months
    • by 2% of the gross salary for an employment period of 25 to 72 months
    • by 3% of gross salary for an employment period of more than 72 months

Contract:

• 3 swept test period
• Fixed-term contract, 1 year, then contract of indefinite duration
