We are seeking Construction& Development Officer for Czech real estate development company,

mainly active at the lake Lipno.

Your basics skills: 

•             Civil engineer or architect

•             Experience in construction projects and dealing with authorities

•             Languages: Czech as a native language, German at least basic knowledge

•             Customer oriented

•             Hands-on-mentality

•             Able to work on many projects at the same time

•             Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

•             Ability to negotiate on our behalf & meeting construction budgets

•             Reading plans

 

Everyday tasks & responsibilities:

•             Construction supervision & management of sub-contractors

•             Dealing and negotiations with

o             the construction companies on a daily basis

o             clients for whom we develop real estates

o             authorities if we want to change

•             Together we work on new projects and ideas

 

Optional skills and a big plus:

•             Languages like German and English fluent and others

•             Sales experience

•             Able to work with DWG files and producing drawings

•             Leadership of employees (especially in completion of construction and maintenance projects)

•             Purchase and ordering experience

•             Experience in acquisition of properties & technical DDs

•             You have a feeling for interior and aesthetics
