A payslip (výplatní páska) usually shows your gross wage (hrubá mzda), extra pay for overtime, nights or weekends, deductions for social and health insurance, the income tax advance, other deductions such as accommodation, and your net pay (čistá mzda). Ask your employer to explain any deduction you did not agree to in writing.
