Do EU citizens need a Portuguese employment visa?

EU citizens generally have work access through free movement, with registration and normal employment obligations still relevant. EEA and Swiss cases follow the applicable arrangements. A non-EU worker holding a Czech permit is not equivalent to a Czech citizen.
