SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay Consultant

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring a SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant in Prague, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a salary starting at CZK 110,000 per month. Initial contact must be by email to Nikolai Nepomniashchii at nikolai.nepomniashchii@carrier.com. Implement, review and approve P2P ERP solutions in line with the conceptual design, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements across projects and development activities. Lead scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for procurement and accounts payable projects and changes, design solutions for key gaps, estimate effort and coordinate with business teams. Work with business subject-matter experts to define and prioritize SAP ERP functionality for purchasing, supplier management, invoice processing and accounts payable. Apply in-depth knowledge of P2P processes and SAP solutions to deliver customer presentations, solution demonstrations and expert consultations as needed. Monitor new procurement and accounts payable features in cloud ERP solutions to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency, initiate their adoption and ensure implementation meets business needs. Coach and mentor less experienced P2P team members and share best practices. Provide clear, effective digital and technical advice to customers on procurement and accounts payable processes. Lead the delivery of SAP ERP P2P solutions with an emphasis on standardization, automation and reuse of existing solutions. Optimize purchase order management, goods and services receipt, invoice processing and supplier payments, focusing on transparency and control. Carry out other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor that match the employee’s professional abilities, experience and competencies.
