Metal Heat Treatment Operator (m/f)

TATRA TRUCKS a.s. is recruiting one full-time Metal Heat Treatment Operator in Kopřivnice, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czechia. Duties include preparing materials and tools for heat treatment, carrying out heat treatment processes, and using measuring and inspection instruments. The position is approved for an Employee Card under the Qualified Worker Programme. Applicants must be able to read technical documentation and have basic experience in metal heat treatment. The role requires working independently, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and develop. Work follows a three-shift pattern, with 7.5 working hours per day. Gross monthly pay is CZK 36,000–40,000, including a 20% monthly bonus conditional on meeting production targets.
