Metal Heat Treatment Operator (m/f)

TATRA TRUCKS a.s. is recruiting 10 full-time Metal Heat Treatment Operators in Kopřivnice, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czechia. Duties include preparing materials and tools for heat treatment, carrying out heat treatment processes, and using measuring and inspection tools. The positions are approved for Employee Cards under the Qualified Worker Programme. Accommodation is not provided. Applicants must be able to read technical documentation and have basic experience in metal heat treatment. The role requires working a three-shift pattern, independence, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and develop. Working time is 7.5 hours per day. Gross monthly pay is CZK 36,000–42,000, including a 20% monthly bonus conditional on meeting production targets.
