Vehicle Assembly Mechanic (Male/Female)

TATRA TRUCKS a.s. is recruiting eight full-time Vehicle Assembly Mechanics in Kopřivnice, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czechia. The role involves assembling vehicles according to technical drawings and documentation for custom vehicle production, using hand tools, pneumatic impact wrenches, torque wrenches and specialist spanners. The vacancy is approved for an Employee Card under the Qualified Worker Programme. Listing date: 18 February 2026. Applicants must be able to read technical documentation and work a three-shift schedule. Independence, a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop are required. Working hours are 7.5 hours per day. Gross monthly pay is CZK 36,300–42,600, including a 20% monthly bonus conditional on meeting production targets. Benefits include summer and pre-Christmas bonuses, a commuting allowance of up to CZK 2,500 at CZK 1 per kilometre for each shift worked, five weeks of annual leave, workplace catering and a Benefit Plus Cafeteria contribution towards relaxation and leisure twice a year.
