Domov pro seniory Blaník s.r.o. is looking for empathetic and reliable caregivers to join its team in Mnichovice, Prague-East, in the Central Bohemian Region of Czechia. There are two full-time positions available, with a gross monthly salary of CZK 33,000–34,500. Duties include comprehensive care for clients, such as assistance with mobility, eating, repositioning and personal hygiene, as well as maintaining basic related documentation. Applicants must have a positive, empathetic approach to older people, completed vocational training at minimum and at least a conversational command of Czech. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a clean criminal record, reasonable physical fitness and a willingness to work. The two-shift schedule runs from 07:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00. An immediate start is possible, or a start date can be agreed. After the first year, there is the possibility of a permanent contract. Benefits include five weeks of annual leave, further professional training, meal vouchers worth CZK 116 per day and the option of subsidised lunches at CZK 65 per lunch. Weekend and night shift supplements are paid in addition to the gross monthly salary, and a recruitment bonus of CZK 50,000 is offered. Accommodation is not provided.
