Maintenance Technician – Electrical Maintenance

BREADWAY a.s. is recruiting five full-time Maintenance Technicians in Prague, Czechia, to maintain fully automated production lines and ensure their smooth operation. The role involves maintaining and repairing production machinery and electrical equipment, ensuring safe operation in accordance with applicable regulations, and resolving mechanical and technical faults. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining production equipment, setting up and adjusting machinery, and performing basic equipment calibration. Technicians work with the production team to resolve faults, communicate with external service companies in the event of more serious breakdowns, and carry out regular preventive maintenance and technical condition checks. The role follows a 12-hour shift schedule from 06:00 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 06:00, rotating through three day shifts, three days off, three night shifts and three days off. Monthly pay ranges from CZK 36,000 to CZK 44,000. Benefits include meal vouchers and 25 days of annual leave. The vacancies are listed for the Employee Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided.
