Regional Sales Representative – Flowers and Plants

FLORPLANT s.r.o. is looking for two full-time Regional Sales Representatives in Ostrava, in the Moravian-Silesian Region of Czechia. As the largest wholesaler and importer of fresh flowers and plants in the Czech Republic, we import flowers from around the world, from Dutch tulips and Colombian roses to exotic blooms from Thailand. Our approach is built on integrity, reliability and speed, and you will become a key representative of the trust our customers place in us. Your responsibilities will include daily sales and delivery of our wide range of flowers and plants, looking after existing customers and building strong new business relationships based on trust. You will work towards sales targets, actively contribute to the company’s growth, and take care of the goods and warehouse entrusted to you. We are looking for a sales-minded, dedicated and results-driven person with secondary school education. Capable secondary school graduates are also welcome, and training is provided. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional manner, independence, reliability, strong resilience under stress and flexibility with your time. A category B driving licence is essential; category C is a significant advantage. We offer a fixed base salary plus attractive sales commission, with total monthly earnings of CZK 30,000–65,000.
