CNC Machine Setter and Programmer

Meopta s.r.o. is recruiting CNC Machine Setters and Programmers in Přerov, Olomouc Region, Czechia. There are 10 full-time positions with a three-shift pattern and monthly pay of CZK 35,000–50,000. Accommodation is provided, and the vacancies are listed for Employee Card applicants. Duties include setting up, operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, preparing machines for production, and starting and optimizing production programs according to technical drawings and manufacturing procedures. The role also involves ongoing quality checks, meeting cycle times and working with the manufacturing technologist to optimize them, addressing operational processes, and taking responsibility for basic machine maintenance. Applicants must have manual dexterity, technical aptitude, a thorough approach and experience in a similar role. Experience in both one-off and series production is welcome. Willingness to work three shifts, independence, reliability and a strong focus on precision, detail and quality are required.
