CNC Machine Setter and Programmer

Meopta s.r.o. is recruiting CNC Machine Setters and Programmers in Přerov, Olomouc Region, Czechia. An immediate start is possible. There are 40 full-time positions with a three-shift work pattern, paying CZK 35,000–50,000 per month. Accommodation is provided, and the vacancies are listed for Employee Card applicants. Responsibilities include setting up, operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, preparing machines for production, and starting and optimizing production programs according to technical drawings and process instructions. The role also involves ongoing quality checks, meeting cycle times and working with a manufacturing technologist to optimize them, addressing operational processes, and taking responsibility for basic machine maintenance. Applicants must have manual dexterity, technical aptitude, a thorough approach and experience in a similar role. Experience in both one-off and series production is welcome. Willingness to work three shifts, independence, reliability and a focus on precision, detail and quality are required.
