Machine Setter

Meopta s.r.o. is recruiting Machine Setters in Přerov, Olomouc Region, Czechia, with an immediate start possible. There are 40 full-time positions available, with pay of CZK 30,000–50,000 per month. Accommodation is provided, and the vacancy is listed for the Employee Card scheme. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting machines, launching new products into production, and optimizing process parameters relating to time, quality and utilization. The role also involves resolving technical problems during production, working with the process engineering team to introduce new processes, carrying out preventive maintenance and basic equipment servicing, and analyzing and eliminating the causes of nonconformities. Applicants must have experience in a similar role, technical thinking, problem-solving skills and a systematic approach. Experience in both one-off and series production is welcome. Independence, reliability and attention to precision, detail and quality are required, along with willingness to work in a three-shift or continuous operation.
