Welder

Join Zambelli - technik, spol. s r. o. in Český Krumlov, South Bohemia, Czechia, and help manufacture high-quality stoves, including fireplace stoves. You will see the stoves take shape from the initial stages through to the finished product. There are two full-time welder positions available, with monthly pay of CZK 32,000–38,000. Welding experience is required, and the work follows a three-shift pattern. A pay increase is offered after the initial training period. Benefits include an afternoon shift premium of CZK 15 per hour, a night shift premium of CZK 35 per hour and a welding allowance of CZK 15 per hour. Employees also receive monthly, quarterly and half-yearly bonuses, a monthly profit-sharing bonus of CZK 2,000, loyalty rewards, milestone birthday rewards and a CZK 10,000 bonus for referring a new employee. Additional benefits include employer-subsidised workplace meals, five weeks of annual leave, a commuting allowance, supplementary pension contributions and a childbirth allowance.
