Production Team Leader (Male/Female)

TATRA TRUCKS a.s. is recruiting five full-time Production Team Leaders in Kopřivnice, in the Moravian-Silesian Region of Czechia. The role follows a three-shift pattern, with working hours of 7.5 hours per day and monthly pay of CZK 35,580–47,070. The vacancy is approved for an Employee Card. Responsibilities include advanced machine operation and setup in the assigned production area, navigating machine programs, resolving operational problems and error messages, and working closely with the foreman. You will set tool geometry using optical measuring instruments without a tool probe, check production plans for the current and following shifts, and prepare and optimise setup schedules to minimise associated downtime. You will train and develop new and existing operators, help create and update work standards and procedures, investigate recurring downtime and help eliminate its causes. Duties also include regularly checking production standards and setup times, immediately escalating and reporting discrepancies to the foreman, and working with process engineering and quality representatives when introducing new parts into production. You will provide feedback on production processes, measurement methods and quality issues, proactively monitor machine condition and safety features such as guards, emergency stop buttons and optical barriers, and report abnormal operating conditions, fluid leaks and similar issues.
