Technical Specialist – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) (m/f)

RSE s.r.o. is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to provide technical support and expert advice in Blansko, South Moravian Region, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift role with one vacancy and a monthly salary of CZK 40,000–65,000. Responsibilities include technical support and expert consultation on BESS, resolving technical queries and problems, and collaborating with production, project and sales departments. The role also involves assessing the technical parameters and configurations of battery energy storage systems and working with technical documentation and specifications. Applicants must have at least five years of relevant technical experience, practical knowledge of battery systems and BESS, and experience with energy equipment and its system integration. Requirements also include the ability to analyse technical problems and propose solutions, technical aptitude and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Czech, Russian, Ukrainian and English is required. Other arrangements can be discussed and agreed at an in-person meeting. Initial contact should be by email or telephone.
