Technical Specialist – Chillers and Heat Pumps (Male/Female)

RSE s.r.o. is looking for an experienced Technical Specialist in chillers and heat pumps to provide technical support and expert advice in Blansko, South Moravian Region, Czechia. There is one full-time position available with a single-shift schedule and a monthly salary of CZK 30,000–60,000. Responsibilities include providing technical support and consultations on chillers and heat pumps, resolving technical queries and problems, and collaborating with production, project and sales departments. You will assess equipment specifications and suitability for specific solutions, and work with technical documentation and specifications. Applicants must have at least five years of relevant technical experience, extensive knowledge and experience of chillers and heat pumps, and experience with energy or HVAC technology. The role requires the ability to analyse technical problems and propose solutions, technical aptitude and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Czech, Russian, Ukrainian and English is required. Other arrangements can be agreed upon at an in-person meeting. Initial contact is by email or telephone.
