Technical Specialist – Gas-Fired Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Units (Male/Female)

RSE s.r.o. is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist for gas-fired reciprocating-engine combined heat and power (CHP) units in Blansko, South Moravian Region, Czechia. There is one full-time position with a single-shift schedule, offering CZK 40,000–70,000 per month. Responsibilities include technical support and expert advice on gas-fired CHP units, resolving technical queries and problems, and collaborating with production, project and sales departments. The role also involves assessing equipment specifications and suitability for particular solutions, and working with technical documentation and specifications. Technical thinking and the ability to work independently are required. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant technical experience, in-depth practical knowledge of gas-fired reciprocating engines and CHP units, experience with energy equipment, and the ability to analyse technical problems and propose solutions. Knowledge of Czech, Russian, Ukrainian and English is required. Other arrangements can be discussed at an in-person meeting. Initial contact should be by email or telephone.
