Warehouse Manager – Blansko Manufacturing Plant

RSE s.r.o. is looking for an HR Specialist / HR Manager to join its team in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia. The role involves responsibility for the company's personnel administration and active collaboration with management and employees. There is one full-time, single-shift position available, with a monthly salary of CZK 30,000–40,000. Responsibilities include managing personnel and HR administration, recruiting and selecting new employees, communicating with candidates, organizing onboarding, and preparing and maintaining employment documentation. The role also involves communicating with employees, handling routine personnel matters, working with company management, and developing and implementing internal HR processes. Applicants should have experience in HR or personnel administration, knowledge of Czech employment law, and the ability to organize their work independently. Responsibility, strong organizational skills, and good interpersonal communication skills are required. Knowledge of Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian is required; English is an advantage.
