Production Workers (Male/Female)

SAPRIL WOOD s.r.o. is recruiting two full-time production workers in Most, Ústí nad Labem Region, Czechia. The role involves a two-shift schedule and pays CZK 28,000–30,000 per month. The vacancy is listed for the Employee Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided. Duties include operating and controlling machinery for processing paper and cardboard packaging, cleaning and maintaining technical equipment, and carrying out simple repairs. Workers record technical data and work results in TPV documentation and on a computer, monitor the production process and results, and take responsibility for the first item produced. They also replace and request tools needed for equipment operation in a timely manner. Workers must comply with occupational health and safety, fire protection and environmental requirements, keep the workplace tidy, and take a responsible approach to their assigned area. The role also requires completing tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, demonstrating loyalty and a business-minded approach, and supporting the company's objectives.
