Production Assembly Worker

GRUPO ANTOLIN TURNOV s.r.o. is recruiting a full-time Production Assembly Worker in the Liberec Region, Czechia. Duties include assembling and laminating door panels and their components, visually inspecting parts and carrying out minor repairs, as well as inspecting and repairing polyurethane (PUR) parts from a carousel production line. Applicants must have manual dexterity, a willingness to work a three-shift schedule, flexibility, a responsible approach and attention to detail. The monthly salary is CZK 25,500–35,000. Benefits include starting pay with bonuses, skill allowances of up to CZK 6,000, an attendance bonus, a meal contribution and subsidised meals, five weeks of holiday, a MultiSport card, a Benefit Plus card and team activities. The offer also includes a 13th salary payment, quarterly bonuses and monthly performance bonuses. The place of work is always determined by the employment contract or an amendment to it.
