Client Data Management Specialist

Clearstream Services Prague Branch has one full-time Client Data Management vacancy in Prague, Czechia, with a salary starting at CZK 65,000 per month. The position is listed for an Employee Card. Accommodation is not provided. Responsibilities include reviewing publicly available sources to obtain legally required client documentation and supporting materials for KYC/AML processes, communicating directly with clients to obtain all non-public information, and checking documentation for accuracy and completeness. You will collaborate with internal teams, from relationship managers to Compliance, to ensure successful completion of KYC processes and provide regular updates on the status and progress of individual KYC cases. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a solution-oriented approach, the ability to multitask, and a strong sense of personal accountability. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse international environment, adapt effectively to a dynamic and changing environment, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility and willingness to learn. Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori) and account management or archiving tools is an advantage. Knowledge of English is required, and German is an advantage.
