SAP S/4HANA CFIN P2P Consultant

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is hiring one full-time SAP S/4HANA CFIN P2P Consultant in Prague, Czechia. This single-shift position offers a salary starting at CZK 110,000 per month. Initial contact is by email with Nikolai Nepomniashchii at nikolai.nepomniashchii@carrier.com. The role involves supporting and developing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in Central Finance (CFIN), particularly purchasing, supplier invoice processing, accounts payable and payments, to ensure efficient, controlled financial operations. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate data replication and reconciliation between source systems and CFIN for purchase orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices and payments, while maintaining data integrity and consistency. You will also support SAP S/4HANA P2P configuration and administration, including supplier setup, purchasing organizations, approval workflows, pricing conditions and integration with FI and other modules in CFIN. You will ensure that processes comply with internal controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including IFRS and local legislation, minimize accounts payable risks and support process auditability. The role also includes resolving P2P functional incidents and issues, supporting and training end users, and producing detailed process documentation to ensure transparency and correct system use. Active teamwork, sharing knowledge and best practices, and supporting colleagues will contribute to the successful transformation of finance and purchasing processes in SAP S/4HANA.
