SAP S/4HANA Sales/OTC Consultant

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is seeking a full-time SAP S/4HANA Sales/OTC Consultant in Prague, Czechia. The role has a single-shift schedule and pays from CZK 110,000 per month. Initial contact must be by email to Nikolai Nepomniashchii at nikolai.nepomniashchii@carrier.com. You will implement, review and approve ERP solutions in line with the conceptual design, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements across projects and development activities. Responsibilities include leading scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for projects and changes, designing solutions for key gaps, estimating effort and coordinating with business teams. You will also define and prioritize SAP ERP product functionality with business subject-matter experts, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide customer presentations and solution demonstrations as needed. You will monitor new cloud ERP features to improve customer satisfaction and productivity, initiate their adoption, align them with business needs and ensure implementation. The role also involves coaching and mentoring less experienced team members within your process area, providing clear and effective digital and technical advice to customers, and leading SAP ERP solution delivery with an emphasis on reuse and standardization. Other tasks may be assigned by your direct manager in line with your professional abilities, experience and competencies.
