SAP S/4HANA Sales/OTC Consultant

Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s.r.o. is recruiting a SAP S/4HANA Sales/OTC Consultant in Prague, Czechia. This is a full-time, single-shift position with a salary starting at CZK 110,000 per month. There is one vacancy, listed for an Employee Card. Accommodation is not provided. You will implement, review and approve ERP solutions in line with the conceptual design, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements across projects and development activities. Responsibilities include leading scoping and fit-to-standard workshops for projects and changes, designing solutions for key gaps, preparing effort estimates and coordinating with business teams. You will also define and prioritize SAP ERP product features with business subject-matter experts, demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide customer presentations and solution demonstrations as needed. You will actively monitor new cloud ERP features to improve customer satisfaction and productivity, initiate their adoption, align them with business needs and ensure implementation. The role also involves coaching and mentoring less experienced team members within your process area, providing clear and effective expert digital and technical advice to customers, and leading SAP ERP solution delivery with an emphasis on reuse and standardization. Additional duties may be assigned by your direct manager in line with your professional abilities, experience and competencies.
