Production Coordinator

ACL Anodizing s.r.o. is recruiting one full-time Production Coordinator in Jablonec nad Nisou, Liberec Region, Czechia. The monthly salary is CZK 25,000–30,000. The vacancy is listed for an Employee Card, and accommodation is not provided. You will organise and manage all production activities as instructed by the Production Manager, develop periodic maintenance plans and monitor and evaluate their implementation. Responsibilities include preparing data to track production capacity utilisation, organising and optimising production line and shift operations, preparing materials for the Production Manager, and producing manufacturing documentation, including work procedures. You will also ensure that production employees comply with workplace rules, fire protection and occupational health and safety requirements, and applicable legislation. Applicants must have secondary education in a technical or business field, native-level Czech, good organisational skills, advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, a responsible approach and the ability to lead a team.
