Ingeniero/a de localización

PPD Czech Republic, s.r.o. is offering one full-time Localization Engineer position in Brno, Czechia, with pay starting at CZK 75,000 per month. Initial contact should be by email. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, ideally in translation studies, linguistics, programming, computer science or a related field; previous experience in localization engineering; and work experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for the role, equivalent to approximately five years of experience. Experience with a range of file formats and tools is welcome, including JSON, RESX, VTT, HTML, XML (including different XML types from various systems), MadCap Flare, DITA, Articulate, MP4 and Captivate. Experience with CAT/TMS tools such as Wordbee, SDL Trados Studio, memoQ, Memsource/Phrase and XTM is also welcome, as is troubleshooting experience throughout the lifecycle of localization and translation projects. Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as Tridion or ST4, is an advantage. The employer agrees to employment under the Blue Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided.
