Production Operator

Filipa LOGISTIKA, s.r.o. is hiring one full-time Production Operator in Brodce, Central Bohemian Region, Czechia. The role involves three-shift work and pays CZK 25,000–28,000 per month. The vacancy is listed for an Employee Card. Accommodation is not provided. Duties include assembly and completion of products according to established work instructions, operating production machinery and equipment, and taking responsibility for work quality. You will carry out prescribed checks and visual product inspections, actively help optimize production processes, and meet customer requirements. The role also involves fulfilling tasks required by the quality management system, quality manual, certifications and applicable standards, and complying with internal company rules and directives. Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage. Applicants must be able to follow work procedures and work to a set production pace. Manual dexterity, patience, precision, attention to detail, physical fitness and good health are required.
