Project Manager – MQB Evo Projects (m/f)

Škoda Auto a.s. is seeking a full-time Project Manager for MQB Evo projects in the Central Bohemian Region of Czechia. There is one position available, with a monthly salary of CZK 70,000–120,000. The vacancy is listed for the Employee Card scheme, and accommodation is not provided. You will coordinate and manage the MQB project in series production, overseeing deadlines, costs, quality and pre-series changes. Responsibilities include managing the evaluation of programme milestones, model maintenance and pre-series production changes, including related legal requirements. You will also analyse new requests for pre-series changes and deviation approvals, focusing on their evaluation and implementation. You will liaise with the plants involved and actively represent the project in platform teams, technical development meetings and other committees. You will prepare presentations, analyses and reports on project status and new products for the project team and project sponsors, as well as establish and monitor schedules and ensure adherence across the VW Group. The role also involves assessing project opportunities and risks and proposing measures to minimise risks. You will provide methodological guidance to project team members and coordinate the implementation of measures and committee decisions.
