CNC Lathe Setter

SOLID Brno s.r.o. is hiring two full-time CNC Lathe Setters in Brno, South Moravia, Czechia. The role follows a three-shift pattern and pays CZK 40,000–55,000 per month. Initial contact should be by email. The employer accepts applicants under the Employee Card scheme. Accommodation is not provided. Duties include setting up and operating MAZAK (MAZATROL), NAKAMURA and HWACHEON (FANUC) machines, measuring individual workpieces, keeping the assigned workstation clean and operating multiple machines. There is also an opportunity to undertake programming. Applicants must have engineering experience setting up CNC machine tools, take responsibility for their work, be thorough and communicative, and be able to think independently and find effective solutions. Benefits include appropriate pay, up to eight additional days off, a contribution towards regular physical activity of up to CZK 4,080 per year or MultiSport, and a meal allowance of CZK 123 per day worked, adding up to CZK 2,700 per month on top of pay. The employer also offers CZK 550 per month towards life insurance or supplementary pension insurance, travel reimbursement of up to CZK 1,500 per month for employees from outside Brno, a night-work allowance and exceptional bonuses for above-standard performance.
