Food Production Machine Setter

Balírna potravin s.r.o. is hiring four Food Production Machine Setters in Lobodice, in the Olomouc Region of Czechia. These are full-time positions with a two-shift schedule and monthly pay of CZK 28,000–40,000. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting food production lines in line with production planning, international IFS quality standards and QMS processes. Duties also include assigning tasks on the designated line, overseeing efficient use of raw materials, checking quality, preparing production reports and carrying out mechanical changeovers of machine assemblies. Compliance with internal regulations, safety and hygiene rules, occupational health and safety requirements and fire protection rules is required. Experience in food production is an advantage. Candidates should have technical aptitude and practical skills, the ability to work independently, organizational and decision-making skills, and experience leading and motivating a team. Communication is also possible in Ukrainian or English. Assistance with arranging accommodation may be available.
