Warehouse Operative – Vimperk

AGROFORTEL, s.r.o. is recruiting warehouse operatives for long-term, full-time employment in Vimperk, South Bohemia, Czechia. We are a growing Czech company supplying animal husbandry products and agricultural goods. We operate several online shops and dispatch goods daily to customers in Czechia and other European countries. There are two positions available, with monthly pay of CZK 30,000–45,000. Your duties will include receiving and issuing goods, loading and unloading trucks and other vehicles, handling goods in the warehouse, preparing and moving goods for dispatch, working with pallets and warehouse equipment, and keeping the workplace tidy. This is an active role involving regular physical handling of goods. Packages weigh approximately 8 kg on average, with a smaller proportion of heavier shipments weighing around 15–20 kg. Good physical fitness and a willingness to do physical work are therefore required. We are looking for someone reliable, with regular attendance, a responsible approach, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to work and learn new things. Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but is not required. A forklift licence is not essential either: if you need one for your work, we will arrange the necessary training and certification. Shift options, subject to agreement, are a morning shift from 07:00 to 15:30, a regular afternoon shift starting around 14:00 or later with the exact time negotiable, or regular weekend shifts.
